Laboratory Division is committed to provide high quality calibration and excellent professional services to our clients in compliance with good laboratory practices to achieve customer satisfaction by providing professional, quality, timely and reliable – calibration.
We are committed to perform our activities impartially and confidentially, in a structured way, and manage to safeguard impartiality and confidentiality. We shall not allow commercial, financial or other pressures to compromise our policy of impartiality, confidentiality and ‘Quality first’ concept.
Risk assessment and identifying opportunities for improvement shall be our way of life in every process, without any impartiality. We are responsible, legally for the management of all information obtained or created during our laboratory activities. We shall upkeep all customer information, in any form, as proprietary and confidential.
We are committed to implement best-in-class Laboratory Quality Management System, per the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 & ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 international standards; continual improvement and training to all concerned personnel in our laboratory to enhance competency; familiarization and implementation of all the four levels of documented information in our day-to-day activities.
We are committed to ensure impartiality & confidentiality with high standards and consistent operation in our calibration to our customers in our chosen area of work as per NABL guidelines and requirements. We are committed to perform, calibration in accordance with National / International standards / stated methods / customer requirements. We are committed to the development and implementation of management system; comply with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and to continually improve the effectiveness of our Laboratory Quality Management System to achieve customer satisfaction.
