Tensile, Yield, Proof (0.2%, 0.5%, 1%), Elongation, Reduction Area, Compression test, Procedure qualification record (PQR), Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Bend Test(Transverse bend, Side bend, Face bend, Root bend)
Hardness Test includes Rockwell hardness (HRA, HRB, HRC) Rockwell superficial hardness (HR15T,HR30T, HR45T, HR15N,HR30N, HR45N,) Brinell Harness Test, Vickers Hardness Test, Micro Vickers Hardness Test.
Impact test: Charpy Impact Test (U- Notch V-Notch) in accordance with ASTM Standards Pull out and Push out Test, Drift expansion test, Flattening and Flaring Test, Fracture Test, Re-bend Test, Macro Structure.
Machining, Cutting, Molding and Polishing Process:
Machining is a process in which a material (often metal) is cut to a desired final shape and size by a controlled material-removal process
We have experienced supplier facility for Machining, Cutting, Polishing, finishing, Grinding, Notch cut of various type of mechanical grade sample’s as per the IS/ISO, ASTM, ASME standards.
Computerized Universal Testing Machine (UTM)
Range of Equipment:

Impact Testing Machine
Range of Equipment:

- Verified by NIST.
Capability of the Equipment:
- Charpy Impact Test for both “U” & “V” Notched Specimens
- Charpy impact test in weld, Base and HAZ locations
- Ability to test with a temperature range of (RT to -196°C)
- Notch Verification done using profile projector.
Brinell hardness Test
Range of Equipment:
- 250 to 3000 kgf (10mm & 5 mm)
- Touch screen Brinell Hardness tester.
Capability of Testing:
